We are seeking an experienced, agile, and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead and scale our US IT Staffing division. In this role, you will manage a team of US recruiters, streamline end-to-end recruitment delivery, and build strategic relationships with Tier-1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and direct clients.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the US staffing landscape (W2, C2C, 1099), exceptional team management skills, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive monthly and quarterly placement targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technical recruiters, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to assign requirements, monitor pipeline activity, and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment lifecycle.
- Train recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search strings, candidate screening, negotiation, and compliance.




- Conduct periodic performance reviews and implement strategy adjustments to improve submittal-to-hire ratios.

2. End-to-End Delivery & Sourcing Strategy
- Oversee the sourcing of high-caliber IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and permanent roles across the US.
- Ensure optimal utilization of sourcing channels, including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS (Bullhorn, Ceipal, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media networks.
- Enforce quality control: Review resume quality, rate negotiations, and vetting procedures before candidates are presented to Account Managers or Clients.

3. Compliance & Onboarding Oversight
- Ensure strict compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa statuses (H1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizen, GC-EAD, L2-EAD, TN).
- Coordinate with the HR and immigration teams to handle RTR (Right to Represent) collection, background checks, drug tests, and successful onboarding paperwork.
