Job Summary





We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources and Administration Executive to manage employee travel, hotel bookings, visas, foreign exchange, petty cash, billing, invoicing, payment processing, and routine human resources operations.

The role will also support employee engagement, vendor coordination, administrative reporting, and HR and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in
SAP and Tally software
and be capable of independently handling administrative and financial coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrange domestic and international employee travel by air, rail, road, and sea.
- Manage hotel bookings, travel itineraries, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
- Coordinate visa applications, foreign exchange, travel cards, and related documentation.
- Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, visa service providers, banks, and other vendors.
- Handle vendor billing
