Role Summary: Flutter App Developer (CMMS – Flowvid)

We're looking for a
Flutter/App Developer
to join our team and take ownership of an already-built mobile application for
Flowvid
, our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. The ideal candidate can quickly get up to speed with an existing codebase, fix issues and build new features as we continue to grow the product.

Core Responsibilities
- Maintain, debug and enhance the
existing Flutter application
for Flowvid
- Develop and ship
new features
based on product requirements and CMMS workflows (asset tracking, work orders, maintenance scheduling, inventory, etc.)
- Ensure smooth performance across
iOS and Android
platforms
- Integrate with backend APIs and work closely with backend/product teams
- Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
- Debug and resolve production issues, crashes and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with UI/UX for a consistent, polished app experience

Required Skills
- 2+ years
of hands-on
Flutter
development experience (Dart)
- Proven experience working on




live/production apps
- not just personal projects
- Experience integrating
REST APIs / third-party SDKs
- Familiarity with
state management
(Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.)
- Experience publishing/maintaining apps on
Google Play Store
and
Apple App Store
- Ability to read and work within an
existing codebase
without needing to rebuild from scratch
- Understanding of mobile app architecture, version control (Git) and CI/CD basics

Preferred/Nice-to-Have
- Experience with
React / React Native
(a plus, not mandatory)
- Prior experience with
CMMS, field service or asset management software
- Familiarity with push notifications, offline-first apps or barcode/QR scanning (common in CMMS apps)
- Experience with Firebase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms

Soft Skills
- Comfortable working with an existing app and taking ownership of it
- Positive communicator, able to translate feature requests into te
