Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible for assisting Sales Managers & Franchise Partners in scouting for suitable locations for EuroKids & Kangaroo Kids Franchisee setups. The role will also involve conducting Area Research on the population demographics, standard of living cost & assist/monitor complete center setup.

Role & responsibilities
- To identify suitable properties and build a funnel for property options in geographies that the company plans its franchise network expansion.
- Network, Build and maintain social presence in allotted geographies by performing research on
- current trends and local activities that maybe leveraged to own or acquire properties at best deals
- Establish robust network & cultivate relationships with brokers, consultants for sourcing Grade property.
- Possess knowledge of current commercial real estate market conditions for micro markets in which properties are located.




- Updating Broker details and sourced property details and photographs on the companys ZOHO portal
- Facilitating, and assisting in centre Infrastructure building & civil work tracking on a frequent basis
- Reviewing new centre fit-out checklist prior to launch and its alignment to the companys ambience
- manual.
- Coordinate with the legal team for due diligence, seeking internal approvals, co-ordination for
- security deposits, assisting in the process of agreement/registration & and property handover for project execution
- Utilize market intelligence and marketplace analysis to make property recommendations

Experience and Qualification
- Any Graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate & Property dealing.
- Significant real estate exposure, broking & leasing experience in the respective territory.
