SAM PACKS & PACKAGING SOLUTIONS is looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining packaging machinery while ensuring smooth production, consistent quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery efficiently.
- Set up machines before production and perform changeovers when required.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects.
- Minimize machine downtime and production losses.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation of production activities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of machine setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,049.34 per month
