We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic *E-commerce Executive* to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations across our D2C website, Quick Commerce platforms, and marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. This offer hands-on exposure to online business operations, inventory management, marketplace operations, and customer experience in a rapid-growing FMCG brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management

· Assist in monitoring and processing daily online orders across multiple platforms.

· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order dispatch.

· Support the management of order cancellations, returns, and replacements.

Inventory & Listing Support

· Help maintain accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms.

· Assist in updating inventory and stock availability.

· Support new product onboarding, including product images, descriptions, and SKU creation.

Marketplace Operations

· Assist in coordinating with Quick Commerce platforms and marketplace account managers.

· Support promotional campaigns, deals, and platform activities.





· Help monitor platform operational metrics such as dispatch timelines and order accuracy.

Reporting & Data Management

· Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, orders, inventory, and returns.

· Maintain operational trackers and databases using Excel or Google Sheets.

· Identify discrepancies and support the team in resolving operational issues.

· 0 to 2 Yrs of experience OR currently pursuing/recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
