We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Clinic Operations Manager to lead the overall operations and business performance of the clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing patient experience, managing the clinic team, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly business targets.
- Monitor clinic performance, revenue, collections, and operational KPIs.
- Lead, train, and supervise the clinic team to ensure high productivity.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and management for smooth clinic operations.
- Plan and implement business development initiatives to increase patient footfall and revenue.
- Oversee billing, inventory, procurement, vendor management, and administrative functions.
- Prepare MIS reports and present operational and financial performance to management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- MBA (Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Operations / Marketing) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant healthcare operations experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations.
