Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of MEP systems, including Electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Fire Fighting, STP/WTP, Plumbing, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns with minimum downtime.
- Supervise technicians, vendors, and AMC service providers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and client SOPs.
- Maintain technical logbooks, maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for technical issues and project activities.
- Support audits, emergency response, and incident investigations.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and inventory for uninterrupted operation
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Valid Electrical Supervisor/Wireman License (preferred).
Experience
- 3 to 5 Year years of experience in Facility Management, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Hospitals, or Industrial Facilities.
- Hands-on experience in MEP maintenance and vendor management.
