Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the retailer network within the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors, channel partners, and retailers.
- Achieve monthly activation, transaction, and revenue targets.
- Increase active retailers and improve business productivity.
- Conduct market visits, retailer meetings, and distributor engagement programs.
- Train retailers on Ezeepay products, offers, and digital services.
- Ensure branding and visibility across the assigned territory.




- Resolve retailer and distributor issues in coordination with support teams.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline .
- 2–5 years of experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in distributor and retailer network development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Smartphone and basic computer knowledge are mandatory.
