Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Supervise day-to-day in office operations to ensure all work is completed according to project plans, engineering specifications, and architectural drawings.
Quality Control (QA/QC): Monitor material quality, structural integrity, and workmanship. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets standard industrial codes and company protocols.
Labor Resource Management: Coordinate and supervise the site workforce (including subcontractors and laborers), assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
Site Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols on-site to maintain a hazard-free work environment. Conduct regular tool-box safety briefings.
Material Coordination: Track inventory, manage on-site material storage, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure no work stoppages occur due to resource shortages.
Documentation Reporting: Maintain accurate site diaries, compile Daily Progress Reports (DPRs),
and update project trackers to keep the management informed of timelines or potential bottlenecks.
Real-time Troubleshooting: Identify technical discrepancies or site constraints early and provide practical, immediate engineering solutions to keep the project on schedule.
