We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and execute integrated digital marketing and social media initiatives for our media operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in paid media campaigns, social media management, audience engagement, brand visibility, content strategy, analytics, and digital storytelling across multiple online platforms.

This role requires a dynamic professional capable of driving brand growth, lead generation, audience engagement, and ROI through innovative marketing campaigns, performance marketing strategies, and trend-driven content execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Media Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Manage paid marketing campaigns including PPC, display advertising, remarketing, social media promotions, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Develop media strategies aligned with business goals,



brand positioning, and target audience requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and audience reach.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI across campaigns.
- Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility, website traffic, and organic reach.
- Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and marketing dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
