KGS
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios
- Advanced knowledge of M&A; concepts and relative valuation techniques
- Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
- Valuable understanding of capital markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Command in using research databases such as Capital IQ, Mergermarket, Refinitiv, Pitchbook, among others
Responsibilities
- Prepare sector-focused newsletters
- Identify potential M&A; clients for business development purpose
- Structure and prepare buy-side / sell-side pitch books
- Execute valuation analysis through market approach and income approach
- Structure and prepare sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and Management Presentations (MPs)
- Prepare three-statement financial models for M&A; transactions
- Perform financial and operational benchmarking
- Prepare conference presentations
- Assemble Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) for M&A; transactions
- Bid summary analysis using qualitative metrices and financial modelling (IRR / MM)
- Prepare locked box paper and funds flow models
Qualifications
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
