The Senior Manager – Marketplace & Quick Commerce owns the end-to-end growth engine for the ASOP Group brands (SNACC, ALLWAZE, APLUS and JAGURR) across all online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep platform expertise, GST/APOB-driven fulfilment strategy, and aggressive, ROI-led sales scaling. The role requires extreme, working-level command of brand onboarding and registration, product-to-FulfilmentCentre (FC) mapping, advertising campaign management, and the complete APOB (Additional Place of Business) lifecycle — pre-onboarding, onboarding and post-onboarding — across Amazon FBA, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and BigBasket.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand Onboarding & Registration

• Lead complete brand onboarding across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket) for all ASOP Group brands.

• Execute Amazon Brand Registry, trademark linkage, GTIN/brand approvals, and platform brand-store setup end-to-end.





• Manage seller account creation, KYC, bank, GST and FSSAI documentation, category & sub-category approvals, and gated-category ungating.

• Own brand-store, A+ content, storefront and PDP setup to ensure a consistent, compliant brand presence across every channel.

2. Product & FC Mapping

• Drive accurate SKU-to-FC mapping across Amazon FBA and quick-commerce dark stores / distribution centres to maximise availability and minimise stock-outs.

• Plan inventory placement by region, demand pattern and FC serviceability; align FSN/ASIN listings with the correct fulfilment nodes.

• Coordinate FBA shipment plans, appointment scheduling, LTL/parcel dispatch and inward reconciliation with the Noida & Nawanshahr warehouses.

• Maintain master catalogue integrity — GTIN, MRP, pack-size, HSN, weight/dimension and flavour mapping — across all platforms.
