What You'll Do-
Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets.
Expand and strengthen the distributor and retailer network.
Manage distributor performance, collections, ROI, and trade promotions.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with the Supply Chain and Marketing teams to ensure product availability and solid market presence.

Who We're Looking For-
1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Strong knowledge of Surat and surrounding markets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
