We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Head of B2B Sales to lead our external distribution channels. While our manufacturing facility produces premium solar mounting structures and Balance of Materials (BOM) for our internal EPC projects, you will be responsible for monetizing our surplus production. This role requires a high-volume relationship builder focused strictly on the private sector. By selling our top-tier components directly to other solar EPCs and system integrators, you will maximize the return on investment for our manufacturing facility, effectively transforming it into an independent, high-growth profit center.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
- Network Expansion: Aggressively build and scale a robust network of mid-tier solar installers, EPC contractors, and system integrators across the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and close high-volume, long-term bulk supply contracts with corporate client accounts, ensuring profitable margins and favorable payment terms.
- Client Retention: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for external B2B clients, managing relationships, addressing supply concerns, and ensuring repeat order volume.
Sales Strategy & Product Positioning
- Technical Pitching: Educate potential clients on the technical superiority, durability, and corrosion resistance of our primary standard Hot Dip Galvanized Iron (HDGI) and GO-approved Zinc-Aluminium Alloy Coated (Zam) structures.
- Value Proposition: Position our pre-kitted, ready-to-install BOM solutions as a strategic advantage for external EPCs, emphasizing how our materials reduce their in office labor time and eliminate their supply chain delays.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, emerging solar panel technologies (such as the shift toward larger TopCon and Bifacial modules), and market demand to adjust our B2B pricing and product offerings accordingly.
