Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for BFSI, Retail, and Field Sales clients across India.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements while consistently achieving SLA and TAT commitments.
- Develop recruitment strategies for bulk, volume, and niche hiring requirements.
- Drive sourcing through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and field recruitment.
- Monitor recruitment productivity, offer-to-joining ratios, and overall hiring quality.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Managers, Team Leaders, Recruiters, and In office/Implant teams across multiple locations.
- Set individual and team KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Drive employee engagement, capability building, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure manpower planning and optimum allocation of recruitment resources.

Client Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for key clients.




- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and participate in business reviews.
- Understand client workforce planning and proactively align recruitment strategies.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent delivery and service excellence.

Operations & Process Excellence
- Standardize recruitment and operational processes across all branches.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, client compliance requirements, and statutory guidelines.
- Monitor branch operations, recruiter productivity, attendance, and hiring quality.
- Drive operational efficiency and optimize recruitment costs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports.

Business & Growth
- Support business expansion by establishing recruitment capabilities for new clients and locations.
