Role Description
The Front Desk Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our Jaipur center. This role oversees daily front desk operations, including greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, managing phone calls, and coordinating student check-ins. The individual ensures a welcoming, professional atmosphere, supervises receptionist activities, and maintains accurate records for registrations, appointments, and classroom schedules. The position also involves handling reservations for counseling sessions,



addressing student and parent concerns, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to support smooth center operations. The Front Desk Manager monitors service standards, implements process improvements, and helps maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Customer-facing skills: ability to deliver robust Customer Service and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Front office operations: experience with Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling inquiries.
- Communication abilities: clear and professional Communication, both verbal and written, with diverse stakeholders.
- Administrative coordination: proficiency in managing Reservations, scheduling appointments, and organizing front desk records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
