We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, in-office role focused on aggressive market development and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess 1-5 years of specific experience selling into the food manufacturing sector and a proven history of converting new clients.
As a central member of our active sales team, you will own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to conversion and ongoing customer satisfaction. We are looking for a professional with a sharp growth mindset who is comfortable working in office (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Identification: Take proactive ownership of identifying and mapping new potential B2B customers across our key target markets.
- Field Engagement: Execute on-the-ground sales strategies, including organizing face-to-face meetings and executing effective cold-calling initiatives.
- Negotiation & Conversion:
Master high-level negotiation to achieve strong order conversion rates. *A pre-existing client base in the food manufacturing sector is a significant advantage.*
- Needs Assessment: Consultatively understand technical customer requirements to effectively deliver compelling value propositions.
- Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction post-sale to drive retention and long-term partnership value.
- Sales Administration: Actively participate in sales meetings and manage pipelines, data, and interactions using CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of demonstrable sales experience specifically within the food ingredients sector.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to articulate value effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline using Zoho CRM (or equivalent).
