Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, presenting customized HVAC solutions to clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, architects, consultants, and commercial clients), and driving revenue growth for our product range.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:



Identify and prospect potential clients, commercial accounts, building contractors, architects, interior designers, and MEP consultants.
- Client Consultation: Conduct site surveys and meet with clients to understand their cooling requirements; recommend optimal HVAC solutions (VRF systems, Cassettes, Ductable units, Split ACs).
- Sales Presentations & Quotations: Prepare technical and commercial sales proposals, cost estimates, and quotes tailored to client requirements.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, resolve customer queries, and close sales contracts while adhering to target margins.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales, and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new project launches across the region.
