Production Operations
- Operate and monitor robotic welding production lines.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Maintain welding quality as per customer requirements.
- Minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.
Robot Programming & Teaching
- Perform robot teaching and program modifications.
- Create, edit, and optimize welding robot programs.
- Set up current welding models and validate robot programs.
- Perform robot backup and restore programs.
- Troubleshoot robot programming-related issues.
Robot Systems
- Hands-on experience with:
- OTC Welding Robots
- Panasonic Welding Robots
- Teach robot positions and optimize welding paths.
- Set welding parameters for different components.
- Perform TCP (Tool Center Point) verification and calibration.
Process Improvement
- Improve robot cycle time.
- Reduce welding defects and rework.
- Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Support productivity improvement initiatives.
Welding Process
- Monitor welding parameters.
- Ensure proper wire feeding and shielding gas flow.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team during breakdowns.
- Verify welding quality before production release.
