Experience: 15+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or director-level role. An experience interacting with defence customers is desirable but not essential.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and / or customer data platforms.

Analytical Mindset: Strong capability in translating raw customer data and behavioural patterns into actionable customer support strategies.

Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across varying business departments.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Travel: The work involves travel up to 30 – 40 % of the calendar year.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with cross functional teams and effective sales funnels.





Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

Set specific strategies to retain customers

Suggest recent methods to address customers’ needs

Ensure turn around time of repairable items are kept to as low as practically possible

Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers

Monitor CRM KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Define the long-term vision for CRM
