Responsibilities
- Switchgear Selection & Costing: Select appropriate low-voltage switchgear components (e.g., ACBs, MCCBs, Contactors, VFDs, PLCs, Overload Relays) from leading brands like Siemens, Schneider, ABB, or L&T; based on project specifications.
- Vendor Procurement Alignment: Coordinate with the sourcing team and external vendors to obtain competitive, up-to-date pricing for specialized or non-standard items.
- Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost optimization through design improvements or alternative compliant components to maximize margin and bid competitiveness.
- Bid Management & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, deviations lists, and technical compliance matrices for management review and final submission.
- Technical Clarifications: Resolve pre-bid and post-bid queries raised by the sales team or customers, providing technical-commercial explanations during bid defense.
