At DA AFK Ventures Pvt. Ltd. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic E-commerce Project Head to lead and oversee our end-to-end e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of major online marketplaces—particularly Amazon and Myntra—and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, cataloging, and customer service.
- Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

2. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Myntra & Others)
- Oversee end-to-end operations on key marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.
- Optimize product listings, content, and SEO to enhance visibility and conversion rates.




- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Myntra promotions, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, performance metrics, and SLAs.

3. Project & Operations Management
- Lead and manage multiple e-commerce projects from planning to execution.
- Ensure timely product launches, promotions, and campaign rollouts.
- Streamline operational processes including inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams for productive delivery.

4. Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing e-commerce team.
- Set clear KPIs, performance goals, and conduct regular reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs.
