We are looking for a driven, analytical, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive/Associate who is passionate about data, campaign optimization, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets of ₹20 Lakhs+ while maintaining strong ROI/ROAS.
- Create and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App Install, Retargeting, and Remarketing.
- Hands-on experience in App Install Campaigns is mandatory.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and Conversion Rate.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content,



and analytics teams to achieve campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience in the E-commerce industry is mandatory.
- Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience in App Install Campaigns, Demand Gen Campaigns, Retargeting, and Remarketing is mandatory.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and scaling performance campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, Google Analytics (GA4), and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
