1. Fleet management ( handling the Driver and loader)
2. Route management
3. Cost analysis of Logistics
4. Tracking of the vehicle
5. Route visit at night
6. New Distributors point visit at the time of recent appointment
7. MIS relating to Logistics
8. Bill checking with the Co ordination of Accounts team
9. Co ordination with front line sales force and resolve their logistical issue
