We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager (Civil)
to oversee the execution of hospital building projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing civil construction activities while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of hospital building construction projects.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress against timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and statutory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Review contractor bills, BOQs,
and project cost reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
- Attend client meetings and provide project status updates.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7+ years
of experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or institutional building projects.
- Experience in handling multi-storey building construction projects.
- Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project planning.
