Job Purpose:

To acquire new Business Card customers for payment business.

To ensure quality customer service is delivered.

Job Responsibilities:

Credit card sales, specifically Business Credit Cards.

VYMO calling and conversion on various databases.

Cross-sell of income products (e.g., Term loans, CASA, General Insurance).

Cross-sell of portfolio parameters (e.g., SmartPay, PayZapp, Addon, LE/UPG).

Card activation.





Branch CRM updation.

Branch relationship management.

Customer service.

One Bank approach.

Cross-sell of other retail asset products and CASA for the bank.

Follow necessary sourcing guidelines as per compliance directives.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate and above
