Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and joining documents.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Help develop HR policies, SOPs and organizational processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS reports and employee databases.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors and external agencies.
- Support office administration and general HR operations.
- Handle petty cash and HR-related administrative expenses.
- Assist management with day-to-day HR and business operations.
