Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Pune City. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities in lighting and automation, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and managing leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to deliver solutions, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership. The Business Development Manager is expected to represent Luminova at industry events and work closely with marketing to support campaigns and brand positioning.

Salary
: 6-10 LPA + Incentive

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management, preferably in technology, lighting, or automation solutions.
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tools to track opportunities and maintain accurate sales records.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in explicit, practical terms.
