Position Overview:

We are looking for a Visa Consultant based in Mumbai (office-based role) to support clients with visa applications, passport processing, and travel document requirements. This role involves customer service, visa processing, document preparation, and communication with clients, ensuring applications are accurate and submitted on time. The successful candidate will manage visa applications, review documentation, provide guidance on requirements, and track application progress, while maintaining strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service, administration, or travel services, looking to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide highest level of customer service in identifying required documents, application preparation, validation, submission, pick up and return to customer, for visas, passports. and related services, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing
- Provide current,



accurate information to customer regarding visa and passport requirements, processing, and delivery; assist customer in making informed decisions
- Ensure customer has transparent understanding of requirements and that all applications and documents submitted are accurate, complete, and timely Provide customer with real-time updates throughout the process
- Promote best practice, ensuring all Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards are met or exceeded; effectively handle a high volume of calls and emails in consistent, courteous, and professional manner
- Develop expert skill in visa and passport processing, maximizing efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with CIBT teams such as Processing, Dispatch, Liaison to ensure seamless process for every customer
- Build a dedicated and expanded customer base; educate customers about added-value products that may benefit them; demonstrate initiative in providing solutions and resolving client issues
