Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai is for Sr.



Service Engineers specializing in Electrical and Mechanical systems. The role involves providing Installation, Commissioning & field service for VIM, VAR, ESR, EIGA, EBM furnaces and related equipment, including installation support, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs. Sr. Service Engineers will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, perform routine inspections, and ensure equipment meets performance and safety standards. The position includes delivering technical support to customers, documenting service activities, and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex problems. The role also requires transparent communication with customers, training operators and maintenance personnel, and supporting continuous improvement of service processes and products.
