As an Experienced Associate in Organizational Change Management within our Workforce Solutions practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their workforce and enhance organizational effectiveness. You will be involved in analyzing client needs, developing strategies, and offering guidance to drive employee engagement and align organizational structures with strategic goals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.
