We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team, focused on configuring, and supporting ForgeRock IAM solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions that meet our clients' business and compliance requirements. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys both technical delivery and problem-solving.

Role & responsibilities

1. Provide L2/L3 support for ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and Identity Management (IDM) platforms, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and problem management.

2. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ForgeRock components including authentication trees/journeys, policies, OAuth2/OIDC, SAML federation, and identity synchronization/reconciliation workflows.

3. Support and manage ForgeRock deployments running on Docker and Kubernetes, including monitoring pod health, managing configuration, and assisting with upgrades and patching.

4. Deploy and operate IAM workloads on AWS,



leveraging relevant services for hosting, scaling, logging, and security.

5. Perform health checks, log analysis, performance tuning, and capacity planning across the IAM environment.

6. Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to design and implement improvements and ensure SLA adherence.

7. Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles for support and operations.

8. Participate in on-call/rotational support as required.

Skills Required
- 35 years of hands-on experience with the ForgeRock Identity Platform.
- Robust practical experience with ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and Identity Management (IDM).
- Working knowledge of Docker for containerization.
- Experience deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, and
