Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Engagement

Act as the primary delivery owner for assigned client accounts, managing end-to-end implementation of the collections platform.

Build deep client relationships, understand their collections workflows, and translate requirements into actionable delivery plans.

Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and escalation handling to ensure smooth and on-time deployments.

Conduct regular review cadences with clients to track adoption, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for deeper platform utilization.

Solution Design & Consulting

Understand client business challenges and design solutions leveraging the platform's full capabilities.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by mapping client needs to platform features and advanced capabilities.





Drive use case discovery workshops and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate platform value.

Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Platform Implementation & Adoption

Lead the configuration, onboarding, and go-live of collections platform for current and existing clients.

Work closely with client operations and technology teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Define and track success metrics for each deployment, ensuring clients achieve their collections performance goals.

Develop and maintain delivery documentation, solution playbooks, and best practices.
