Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing orders, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
- Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatches.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through effective coordination.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
