- Manage acquisition and onboarding of distressed assets, including due diligence and transaction execution.
- Develop and implement resolution and recovery strategies through SARFAESI, IBC, One-Time Settlements (OTS), restructuring, enforcement, and sale of assets.
- Coordinate legal proceedings before DRT, NCLT, NCLAT, and other judicial forums in consultation with legal counsel.
- Liaise with Resolution Professionals, Committee of Creditors (CoC), banks, financial institutions, valuers, trustees, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio performance, recoveries, Security Receipts (SRs), trust operations, cash flows, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, SARFAESI Act, IBC, Companies Act, and internal policies.
- Prepare operational reports, management presentations, and support regulatory inspections and audits.
Drive process improvements and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
