Key Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of e-commerce ecosystem, digital marketing, and marketplace management.
- Experience in retail/furniture/home dcor categories preferred.
- Proven track record of P&L; management and digital revenue growth.
- Analytical and data-driven decision making.
- Leadership and stakeholder management at CXO levels.
- Experience in handling large-scale omnichannel models.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors / MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant e-commerce leadership experience in retail, lifestyle, furniture, or consumer brands.
- Experience working in large-format retail brands or D2C business models.
