Grid Dynamics is looking for a Delivery Manager, who will take the leadership of a team of high-performing, motivated engineers.
Senior Delivery manager works to maintain positive customer relationships and improve the company''s services to maintain customer satisfaction. Senior delivery manager is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the client. Is in charge of a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. Plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.
The ability to manage big programs or accounts as well as Portfolios is a good plus.
Essential functions
- Managing globally distributed engineering and project teams,
simultaneously delivering implementation and support projects using Agile methodologies according to the Service / Work Orders (SO) or Contract Execution Plans (CEP) in place with Clients, SLA, Budget, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Tech Stack- JAVA/Fullstack/ Cloud/GenAI/Data Engineering/ Analytics/Data Science/ ML(Do not look for any QA/Agile/Scrum masters/ ERP/SAP/Oracle/ Packaged services project/Salesforce/Workday implementation kind of project)
- Managed large enterprise projects (Fixed bid or TM) - Preferred someone who worked at onsite and managed customers from US/Europe.
