We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and record management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a rapid-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily books of accounts and accurately record day-to-day financial transactions.

* Reconcile bank statements, invoices, vendor accounts, and expense reports on a regular basis.

* Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical financial records in a systematic manner.

* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Support tax compliance activities by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with statutory filings.

* Coordinate with internal departments to verify billing details, purchase records, and expense submissions.

* Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing.





* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

* Assist in budget tracking, financial analysis, and other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals may also apply.

* Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial record management.

* Proficiency in MS Excel (spreadsheets) and Microsoft Office.

* Familiarity with modern accounting software is preferred.

* Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an added advantage.

* Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.

* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while handling financial information.
