Key Responsibilities
- Administration: Manage day-to-day hostel operations, including room allotment and maintaining student records.
- Safety & Security: Monitor hostel entry and exit points, ensure the safety of all residents, and conduct regular inspections to prevent unauthorized access.
- Discipline: Enforce hostel rules and regulations, manage student behavior, and report responsible issues like ragging or bullying to authorities.
- Student Welfare: Serve as a mentor, addressing student grievances, health concerns, and providing guidance or counseling when needed.
- Facility Management: Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs, monitor cleanliness, and oversee food services in the mess.
