We are seeking an experienced Essbase Techno Functional Lead / Manager to lead the delivery and support of enterprise Oracle Essbase applications supporting critical finance, budgeting, planning, and reporting processes. The successful candidate will combine deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Essbase with solid service management and ITIL experience, while leading a team of support professionals to deliver high quality managed services.

The role serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring service excellence, operational stability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations
. Own end to end service delivery for Oracle Essbase applications, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
. Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and operational teams.
. Lead Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request, and Knowledge Management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
. Drive operational governance through regular service reviews, KPI reporting, risk management, and continual service improvement initiatives.
. Ensure high service availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
. Coordinate with technical, functional, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex production issues.
. Manage service transitions, release planning, and production deployments.
