Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups) ? Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles ? Create job postings across job portals and social media platforms ? Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, references, and networking ? Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, culture fit, and role alignment ? Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers ? Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases ? Ensure smooth offer management and pre-joining engagement ? Work on reducing time-to-hire and improving hiring quality ? Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles ? Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus/agency coordination (if required)
Requirements ? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field ? 3–6 years of experience primarily in recruitment/talent acquisition ? Strong sourcing and screening skills ? Experience hiring for tech/SaaS roles preferred ? Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing ? Strong communication and coordination skills ? Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
