Technical Artist – (Unity | Blender | HLSL | Shader Graph)

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Artist to join our iGaming production team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between Art, Animation, and Development, ensuring the seamless integration, optimization, and delivery of high-quality assets within Unity.

This role requires solid expertise in Unity, Blender, and iClone, along with deep knowledge of real-time production pipelines, asset optimization, lighting, rigging, animation, VFX, and shader development. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining visual quality while ensuring optimal performance across our gaming and virtual sports products.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical liaison between Art, Animation, and Development teams.Own and maintain the complete art-to-engine pipeline, ensuring assets are production-ready and optimized.Import,



export, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize assets within Unity.Review and resolve technical issues related to models, textures, materials, rigs, animations, lighting, VFX, and shaders.Optimize 3D assets, character rigs, animations, materials, environments, and visual effects for real-time performance.Support character rigging, skinning, animation workflows, and animation optimization.Create and optimize real-time lighting setups while maintaining visual quality and performance targets.Develop and implement real-time VFX, particle systems, cloth simulations, and dynamic effects within Unity.Design, develop, and optimize custom shaders, materials, and rendering solutions using Unity Shader Graph and HLSL.Collaborate closely with Artists, Animators, Developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless asset integration and delivery.Develop tools, scripts, and automation solutions to improve production efficiency
