*Job Summary*

Kashmir Loom is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the showroom. The role involves managing sales, billing, inventory, customer service, and store operations while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience, efficient workflow, and adherence to the brand's quality and service standards.

*Key Responsibilities*

Store Operations & Team Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning and an excellent customer experience.
- Supervise store staff, assign responsibilities, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain showroom standards and coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency.

Sales, Billing & Customer Service
- Manage sales and billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, GST compliance, and payment processing through the POS system.
- Resolve customer queries, coordinate with the sales and accounts teams, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.




- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor billing accuracy.

Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock verification, and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Manage stock movements, returns, exchanges, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Documentation & Administration
- Maintain billing records and store documentation, coordinate customer orders and deliveries, and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

*Qualifications & Skills*
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/showroom operations, including billing and store management.
- Robust knowledge of POS systems, GST billing, inventory management, and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skil
