To lead our aggressive expansion into Bengaluru and South India, we are seeking a highly networked, strategic, and transaction-hardened Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Business Development.
Role Summary
- Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Business Development (South India)
- Location: Bengaluru (Regional Headquarters)
- Key Mandate: Identify, negotiate, structure,



and close large-scale land joint developments (JD),and partnerships to establish Della’s luxury township footprint across prime South Indian growth corridors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Land Sourcing & Business Development
- Origination: Proactively source large land parcels (typically 100 to 1000+ acres) suitable for integrated luxury townships, branded second homes, and themed developments in key micro-markets (e.g., South India Market).
- Landowner Partnerships: Identify and build deep relationships with prominent South Indian land aggregators, legacy families, coffee estate owners, corporate houses, and institutional landowners to pitch Della’s asset-light partnership model.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain an active map of land availability, master plans (e.g., BDA, BMRDA, HMDA, CMDA), zoning regulations, and infrastructure corridors (such as the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor).
