- 2 3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience with HRMS platforms (FactoHR, Darwinbox, Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMS databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and attendance regularization.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and Full Final (FF) settlements.
- Administer HRMS and ensure accurate employee data and records.
- Handle employee documentation, letters, confirmations, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) and document verification processes.
- Manage employee insurance enrollments, additions, deletions, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
- Support employee engagement activities, HR audits, and internal communication.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, headcount reports, and employee dashboards.
