- Knowledge of HR compliance, employee lifecycle, and payroll processing controls.

Oracle EBS Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle EBS technical components such as:
- Concurrent Programs
- Value Sets
- Flexfields
- Lookups
- Forms Personalization
- BI/XML Publisher Reports
- Oracle Reports
- Workflows
- Interfaces and Conversions




- Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS and Payroll base tables.
- Experience in developing and supporting inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Ability to debug custom PL/SQL packages, payroll extracts, and report programs.
- Knowledge of Oracle Application Object Library, AOL setups, responsibilities, menus, and request groups.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in utility, infrastructure, construction, telecom, field services, or large enterprise environments.
- Prior experience supporting US Payroll in Oracle EBS.
- Knowledge of payroll tax, garnishments, deductions, benefits feeds, and third-party payroll interfaces.
- Experience with integrations involving:
- UKG
- Benefits providers
- Time and attendance systems
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM or migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud is an added advantage.
- Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Experience working in Agile or managed services supp
