Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop current textile designs for mens shirting into weaving designs such as dobby, strips, checks, etc.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct research on market trends and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
- Develop prototypes and samples for testing and evaluation.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in textile designing or related field.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, weaving techniques, and textile manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in designing and developing new textile designs using CAD software or other tools.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
