About the Role
If you're passionate about people, communication, and building a career in Talent Acquisition, this internship will give you hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle while working alongside an experienced Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA HR students or fresh graduates looking to kick-start a long-term career in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment reports, market research, and hiring analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR) or Bachelor's/Master's degree with a strong interest
