We are looking for an experienced and passionate Study Abroad Counsellor to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Understand students' academic profiles and career goals to recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
- Provide complete information on admissions, eligibility, scholarships, tuition fees, and visa requirements.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including application submission, document verification, and SOP guidance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.




- Build strong relationships to ensure excellent student experience and referrals.
- Stay updated with international education trends, university admissions, and immigration policies.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with university partners and internal teams for smooth admission processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling or Overseas Education Consultancy.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills in English and Malayalam.
- Solid presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student enquiries efficiently.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.
- Good knowledge of international universities, admission procedures, and visa processes.
